Wood County is asking you to write letters of support for a grant that will bring broadband wireless internet to unserved and underserved communities of Wood County.
Wood County is looking to partner with Bug Tussel Wireless to apply for the Wisconsin PSC Broadband Expansion Grant FY21.
The grant would be to construct 18 towers and provide the necessary equipment to bring broadband wireless internet to the unserved and underserved communities in Wood County.
Awarding of these grants relies heavily on the support of the public. Wood County is asking for residents, businesses, and organizations to write letters of support and submit them by November 16th, 2020 to:
