Social Services - Adult Services

Adult Protective Services receives and investigates reports of abuse, financial exploitation, neglect, or self-neglect for the following at risk target groups: elder adults at risk (age 60 or older), individuals with a physical disability (age 18-59), and individuals with a degenerative brain disorder (age 18-59). The unit provides information and referral services to elderly and disabled adults who are competent but live in a manner that may cause harm or create risks.
