Behavioral Health Services

The vision of the Behavioral Health Services Division is to provide a seamless and
integrated continuum of care and services which is person-centered, recovery focused,
and encourages achievement of personal life goals.
Within the Behavioral Health Services Division, there is a continuum of care and
services for mental health and Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse (AODA) clientele. This continuum includes:
- Outpatient clinic therapists and counselors providing individual and group counseling
to mental health and AODA clientele
- Day Treatment and CBRF for AODA clients
- Community Support Programs, Comprehensive Community Services and targeted case management
for adults with mental health and substance abuse issues who require more than outpatient
clinic services
- Legal services for following commitments and settlement agreements, conducting APS
investigations, and processing guardianships.
- 24-7 crisis line
- Mobile crisis services
